Newton Aycliffe FC is proud to join the NPL in supporting the Football v Homophobia campaign for the month of February.
FvH is an international initiative that exists to challenge discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression at all levels of football.
FvH wants football to take a clear stand against homophobia, biphobia and transphobia so that everyone can enjoy the beautiful game, and that football leads the way in removing anti-LGBTIQ+ discrimination and prejudice. This isn’t just about players but making clubs inclusive to spectators and volunteers from the LGBTIQ+ community – football is a game to be enjoyed by all!
